Congratulations to the N.Y. Mets for finally clinching the 2006 NL East title and dethroning those dang Braves. I'd like to dedicate this entry to the N.Y. Mets, my favorite squadron. Enjoy the highlights of the Mets' 2006 season:
It's been a while since I've last updated, but nothing new has been
going on...well, maybe except for a few things. But other than a
few new developments, everthing's just same old same old. Anyway,
I just thought I'd share with all of you an IM conversation I just had
with a co-worker of mine (she shall remain nameless):
(Just to clarify, here is the background: Moments before the
conversation below, my co-worker asked me if I had Advil, but I told
her I only had Aleve. She then tells me, "Oh, they're the same
thing." And I respond, "No they're not. One is spelled
A-d-v-i-l, and the other is spelled A-l-e-v-e." I was just being
my facetious self. )
Co-worker: I have a headache Me: did u take the aleve i gave u?
Co-worker: yeah Me: u know, it's different from advil Me: cuz advil is spelled a-d-v-i-l Me: and aleve is spelled a-l-e-v-e
Co-worker: ha ha ha no really? Co-worker: I'm happy to see you know how to spell advil and aleve.... Co-worker: I know its hard for you Co-worker: I guess Hooked on Phonics did work for you Co-worker: 800-ABC-EFGH
Co-worker: HA HA HA HA Me: i guess it didn't work for you cuz u forgot the "D"
Co-worker: I HATE YOU Me: hahahahahahahahha
Three VERY distinct styles of music. However, can these three
very different musical forms ever be combined to make one unique
musical flavor? Let's also say, hypothetically, that one were to
sprinkle in a Christian theme into the mix. What would you
get? Impossible to mix all of them you say? Click on the link below to download and hear the impossible:
What you will be hearing is the manifestation of what I just
described above. Contemporary Christian Techno-Country-Yodel
Music. And it ROCKS!!!! I feel like riding the
range with my friend Jesus! YEEEEEHAAAAAWW!!!!
Enjoy!
(I like how they added the choo choo train sound effect in the background)
***Mad crazy, crazy mad props to anyone who can find out who the song writer and singer is, cuz I sure don't...
